- Eligibility: Donation return requests are considered in cases of accidental transactions or duplicate contributions.
- Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original donation date.
- Process: To request a refund, contact Pure Hands Indonesia. at contact@purehands.id. Include proof of donation (e.g., receipt, transaction details) and reason for the return.
- Review: All refund requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis by the finance team.
- Exceptions: Donations used in ongoing or completed programs are non-refundable.
